  • Mick Keville serves as the Senior Pastor of CrossRoads. He is a native of Chittenango and has been Pastor at CrossRoads since it was launched in 1998. His pre-ministry experiences include graduation from the U.S. Naval Academy and Naval Postgraduate School, ten years active duty in the U.S. Navy, and five years working for Texas Instruments while completing a Master of Theology degree at Dallas Theological Seminary. In 1990 he accepted a call to serve as Associate Pastor at Eastern Hills Bible Church in Manlius, NY.  When EHBC decided to launch an extension ministry in Chittenango he was assigned as pastor. Mick’s wife, Betsy, is actively involved in CrossRoad’s music and women’s ministry teams. Mick and Betsy have three grown children. Oldest daughter, Kelly, is married to Patrick Canney and works as a part-time Physical Therapist in Millbury, MA while keeping up with their three daughters. Kelly is involved in missions and children’s music programs at their church. Son, Michael, is a teacher at Chittenango HS and involved here atCCC.  He and his wife, Jenny, are busy parenting their two daughters and two sons. Youngest daughter, Kathryn, is married to Matthew Morkel, living in Georgia where Matt teaches & coaches wrestling and Katie cares for their two sons. They are also actively involved in a newly started evangelical church in their area.
  • Steve Case serves as Worship Arts Pastor.  Steve joins CrossRoads after ministering at Eastern Hills Bible Church for 8 years as the Worship Pastor.  He served in the army band at Fort Sill, Oklahoma for 3 years.  Steve has been a private music teacher for 28 years and led the regional contemporary Christian group, “Sky Wing,” for 15 years.  He has a Diploma of Christian Studies from Tyndale.  Steve and his wife, Sue, have three children; Sarah (& son-in-law Josh Wright), Mike (& daughter-in-law Danielle), and Abby.
  • Kim Hunn serves as the Director of Administration. She has been attending CrossRoads with her family since its inception in 1998.  Previously, Kim was the Executive Secretary to the Commissioner of Social Services in Onondaga County. Originally attendees of Eastern Hills Bible Church, Kim and her husband, Bob, have two children, Camen and Tylor, who also volunteer with the children’s ministry.
  • Lindy Kubecka serves as the Director of Children’s Ministry. She has been attending CrossRoads with her family since 2000 and has been involved in the MOPS, Promiseland, Preschool, and Music Ministries. Lindy was a first grade teacher for 11 years and is currently an executive director for a non-profit association as well as the office manager for her husband’s farm. She is a graduate of Cornell University and has a Masters in Education from SU. Lindy and husband, Jeff, have two children, Emma and Annelise.
  • Lorraine Harrington serves as the Director of Kids Convenience After School Program. Lorraine has a love for working with children and has worked with the program since 2005.  She is an active member of CrossRoads Community Church and serves in various ministries: Nursing Home  and Meal Ministries, and serves as a team leader of the Hospitality Ministry.   She has also been involved in various Community Service organizations: Member of the P.T.A., Cub Scout Den Mother, Boy Scout Leader, Boy Scout Committee-Head and Vacation Bible School.  Lorraine took an early retirement after 28 years serving as a Benefit Representative at The MONY Group in Syracuse.  Lorraine is a life-long citizen of the Chittenango/Kirkville area, (graduated from CHS), and she has enjoyed 36 years of marriage to Edward. They have two grown sons: Bryan and Brent.
  • Bob Hunn serves as the Director of Inside Facilities. He maintains the church buildings keeping everything running and clean.  He has been attending CrossRoads since it started with his family.  Bob also works part-time at UPS as an unloader and helps people around the community with odd projects. Bob is married to Kim and has two children, Camen and Tylor, who enjoy volunteering with the children’s ministry.
