Hi, I’m Mick Keville and I serve as Senior Pastor of CrossRoads. I have been serving as Pastor at CrossRoads since it was launched in 1998 by Eastern Hills Bible Church in Manlius where I was an Associate Pastor. I am native to Chittenango and prior to serving in full time ministry I was an officer in the Navy for 10 years and worked for Texas Instruments while attending Seminary. My wife Betsy and I have three adult children who have blessed us with 11 grandchildren. Oldest daughter, Kelly, and her husband Patrick, live in MA while keeping up with their 4 daughters. Our son, Michael and his wife Jenny are actively engaged in ministry here and busy parenting their 2 daughters and 2 sons. Our youngest daughter, Kathryn and her husband Matt are involved in ministry here and chasing their three sons. I am excited to serve with a great team of staff and ministry leaders and to see how God is guiding our fellowship toward the future.
Hello! My name is Cooper Young and I have the honor and privilege of serving here at CrossRoads as the Associate Pastor in charge of teaching. All that means is that if you're visiting our church, I'll probably be doing a lot of talking! I am married to my best friend and partner in ministry, Julia, who is the kindest person you'll ever meet. She and I were high school sweethearts from rival districts before being married in 2020. We're both born and raised in Central New York and love everything about it!
I have benefited greatly from growing up calling this church my home. After my time as a bear at Chittenango High School, I went on to become the literal Orange (as in Otto) at Syracuse University where I completed a Bachelors in Communications and Rhetorical Studies before moving onto Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary where I received my Masters in Christian Ministry. I have also served at Eastern Hills Bible Church as their Youth Director and at Netcast Church as a Communications Intern. I love God and I love people, and my hope is that we as a church would help that to be true for many others including you!

Hi! My name is Liz Siau and I get to serve as one of the Worship Directors here at CrossRoads alongside my husband Matt Siau. Matt and I have been married since October 2019 and have always loved to play music together. I’ve grown up most of my life in Central New York and have 3 siblings; Nate, Bonnie and Susie. I took a brief reprieve from the CNY winters and went to Virginia Tech for college and got a degree in Civil Engineering. Matt and I are both die hard VT Fans, Go Hokies! Outside of Church Matt and I like to spend time with family and can mostly be found outdoors sailing, skiing, hiking, or camping. We love being a part of the CrossRoads family and hope to meet you soon!
My name is Allie and I get to serve as the Next Gen and Global Missions Coordinator at CrossRoads.
Hi there! My name is Megan and I’m so excited to meet you! I am the tech director here at CrossRoads, which means I work with the tech volunteers to incorporate audio, video, and visual elements into our services each Sunday such as stage lights or livestream, and I help create graphics for our services and social media. Though I have no formal education in tech (I received my associates degree in General Studies at Finger Lakes Community College in 2020), I have been involved in tech at CrossRoads since I was 19 and am grateful for the wise counsel of many experienced tech friends who have guided me over those years!
I’ve had the privilege of attending CrossRoads for my whole life (22 years!) and living in the area just as long. I am thankful for the way God has orchestrated my story and how He reached me at a young age, which is a story I would love to share with you in person! I am the youngest of 5, and get to serve on staff with my sister Allie. When I’m not doing tech, you will probably find me playing drums with the worship team, spending time with friends, or serving ice cream in the summers down the road at Dad’s. I hope we get to meet in person someday! Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
